ABOUT THE AUTHOR:
Megan Winkler has taught meditation and mindfulness since 2014 with a focus on guided meditations and shifting students’ internal narratives. Her background includes studies in neuroscience-based meditation, psychology and Mindfulness Meditation, which she studied at the University of Holistic Theology. She holds certifications in Happiness Life Coaching, Relationship Workshop Facilitation and Nutritional Therapy, but it is meditation that centers her life and her work with clients, her family and the world beyond. When not writing or leading classes, Megan enjoys learning more about health, spending time with her family and intuitively painting.
